Improving the Evidence Base for Policy Initiatives to Strengthen the Direct Service Workforce

States implementing workforce improvement initiatives must have good data in order to show evidence of their progress. Presenters from the DSW Resource Center will discuss a set of recommendations they have drafted for what workforce data states should collect and track.
