The Resource Center provides general technical assistance (TA) to state and local governments, non-profit organizations, employers, and professionals who want to pursue initiatives to improve the recruitment and retention of direct care workers in their state.

In addition to our comprehensive on-line database and targeted search engine that finds relevant resources quickly and easily, Resource Center staff are available by phone or email to guide you through referrals to resources on other websites, and provide quick answers to your information needs. When you call or email the DSW Resource Center, staff will respond to your inquiry within two business days. If further assistance is necessary, your question will be referred to an appropriate expert from our diverse and experienced team of direct service workforce policy experts

State Medicaid agencies and their designees are also eligible for individualized, in-depth technical assistance, awarded thorough an annual application process.
